If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance directly at (011) 234-3288. We do not charge for missed appointments because we understand that there are family emergencies and difficulties that arise.

Sick visits at the practice

For same-day sick visits, please contact us directly at (011) 234-3288. Same-day sick appointments are available on an as-needed basis. Please contact reception and we will assess how urgently your child should be seen. We will thenschedule an appointment according to your needs.If your child is in need of urgent medical assistance please do not contact us via email or social media. Make contact with the office immediately.

After hour Emergency

For After Hour Emergencies please contact the Emergency department. Should it be necessary for your child to be admitted, the Paediatrician on call will be contacted.
