Appointment Scheduling and Timeliness

To schedule an appointment, please contact us directly at (011) 234-3288.
Please arrive on time for your child’s appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your child for a different appointment time.

Appointment Cancellations (24-Hour Notice)

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance directly at (011) 234-3288. We do not charge for missed appointments because we understand that there are family emergencies and difficulties that arise.

Sick visits at the practice

For same-day sick visits, call us directly at (011) 234-3288. Reception will assess the urgency and schedule accordingly. Please do not use email or social media for urgent medical needs – contact our office immediately.

After hour emergency

For After Hour Emergencies please contact the Emergency department. Should it be necessary for your child to be admitted, the Paediatrician on call will be contacted.

Telemedicine Appointments

Telemedicine appointments are available on request only, especially for patients outside the country.  Please contact reception to book your appointment.
